At Women Rise Beauty, we carefully select and prepare every order. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
14-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, skincare, cosmetics, beauty products, and personal care items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging and condition.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or altered beauty and skincare products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, contact us at sales@womenrise.us with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at sales@womenrise.us.
If the issue is confirmed, Women Rise Beauty will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.
Change-of-Mind Returns
For eligible returns that are not the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Women Rise Beauty or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@womenrise.us. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
